Delivery Time

All orders are delivered within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are processed and dispatched promptly after payment confirmation.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly under our warranty policy.
